Expert Trial Witness

Most, but not necessarily all, members of the Forensic Consultants Association are available for designation as expert trial witnesses only after having been retained by counsel (or counsel’s client) & only after having been given sufficient time in which to:

  • Examine those items/facts of specific interest to counsel or client, and
  • Form an expert opinion concerning those items and/or facts examined.
